Ivy Lim

Ivy Lim is the Executive Director of EB Impact, a Singapore-registered charity committed to equipping individuals and communities with the knowledge, skills and networks to build a more sustainable world. Through its education programmes, public engagement initiatives and community partnerships, EB Impact makes sustainability accessible, relatable and actionable for diverse audiences, from underserved youth and seniors to educators and professionals across Singapore. In her role, Ivy provides strategic and operational leadership, shaping the organisation's long-term vision and impact strategy while ensuring financial sustainability and governance rigour. She works closely with government agencies, corporate partners, multilateral organisations and community groups to deepen EB Impact's reach across Singapore, empowering people to take meaningful action in their own contexts by integrating sustainability into everyday life.

Prior to joining EB Impact, Ivy served as Executive Director of *SCAPE Co. Ltd, a Company Limited by Guarantee under the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. During her term, she led a team of 40+ and stewarded the organisation's youth development and community programming mandate over five and a half years. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at global experience agencies including Freeman, MKTG/Dentsu and George P. Johnson, managing large-scale events and community engagement programmes across Asia Pacific.

Ivy is a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the National University of Singapore and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Construction Management from the Nanyang Technological University.
