Cathy Moerler

Cathy is EB Impact’s Programmes and Communications Intern. Her work encompasses developing strategic communications, creating digital and written content, and supporting the planning and delivery of sustainability programming. 

With a background in Biology, Cathy developed a deeper appreciation for sustainability through her academic studies, field research, and involvement in the Sustainability branch of her college’s student government. These experiences reinforced her belief that long-term change depends not only on scientific knowledge, but also on education and community action. 

Cathy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California. She continues to stay connected to the scientific community in her free time as a citizen science volunteer for Singapore’s National Parks Board, supporting local conservation efforts.
